Exhibit at Scotland's International Art Fair
Established in 2005, Edinburgh Art Fair (EAF) is Scotland's most prestigious art fair and one of the longest running art fairs in Europe. This international event has a reputation for showcasing original artworks in many mediums including painting, sculpture, printmaking, glass art, ceramics, bespoke furniture, and hand made jewellery, from national and international artists from all four corners of the globe, to a diverse, knowledgeable and appreciative audience. We have helped establish and boost the careers of many artists and art galleries and continually strive to promote unique art from around the world. We provide a platform for up-and-coming, newly graduated, self-taught, mid-career, established, and household name and highly collectable artists, and stand by our ethos that art is for everyone! Join us if you would like to promote your gallery and art to the ten thousand plus visitors we regularly attract to the event, and enjoy the cameraderie you will find amongst the event staff and your fellow exhibitors at this fantastic annual art extravaganza.

Applications are now being invited from art galleries, artist collectives, arts organisations, and professional artists interested in exhibiting at EAF2024.

What is included in your exhibitor package:

Fully focussed and friendly EAF staff to assist in every detail from initial enquiry until post-fair take-down and reports.

A purpose-built exhibition stand complete with standard LED lighting. Stands are built using 10-foot high x 1m and 0.5m white painted wooden panels. Stands are supplied with 1 x LED spotlight for every 3 square metres of stand.

Event listing on official art fair website with a link to your business URL.

Full marketing campaign consisting of printed press, outdoor media, online marketing, leaflet and poster campaign, and targeted mailing to our customer database.

Designated secure storage for additional stock.

Complimentary and secure parking for your vehicle for the duration of the event.

Exhibitor welcome party.
Stand details and Costs:

Stands come in a variety of sizes ranging from 8 square metres to 32 square metres.

Paintings can be hung directly on the walls using screws.
-
Stands are priced at £240 + VAT per square metre.

Stands with outside walls are charged an extra £120 + VAT for every 1m panel of outside wall.

Extras: Exhibitors can purchase additional LED spotlights, panels, shelves, power sockets, and even change the colour of their stands to enhance their exhibition stand.

Successful applicants will be sent a Booking Agreement and Terms & Conditions of exhibiting which will cover everything you need to know regarding exhibiting at Edinburgh Art Fair.
